Habanos S.A. announces the appointment of Lic. Dariel Regal Veitia as the new director of Operating Marketing Division.

Mr Regal has been involved with the Cuban cigar industry and Habano for over ten years. His professional journey began at the H. Upmann cigar factory in Havana, where he gained important knowledge that included everything from tobacco “vegas” to the several processes within the tobacco industry in Cuba. Subsequently, starting in 2020, he expanded his experience, working as a specialist at the quality department at Habanos S.A. A few years later, he moved through other areas of the company for continuing his professional development such as purchasing department and the international sales division, where he took an extensive experience in commercial management, market analysis and relationships with clients and business partners.

This valuable combination of experience, knowledge and commitment provides a solid foundation for taking in this responsibility at Operating marketing division.
