The franchise network La Casa del Habano is still growing. On June 3^nd 2025 La Casa del Habano Tashkent, was opened, becoming the first franchise in Uzbekistan – biggest in terms of population country of Central Asia.

The opening activity had two special moments: a small emotional gathering with the most loyal friends in premises of La Casa del Habano Tashkent, which is located at Lashkarbegi Street in Akay-City, recognized place of the City of Tashkent where many important businesses and commercial institutions are located.

The second moment was at the Intercontinental Trilliant Hotel, well known as the most modern hotel building in Central Asia, which gathered around 70 Habanos lovers, including majority of Uzbekistan aficionados team who have regularly attended the last three Habanos Festivals in Havana. The event featured the attendance of Mr. Mikhail Smirnov and Mr. Onil Rodriguez, executives of INFIFON II, Exclusive Distributor of Habanos for Uzbekistan and a special representative of La Casa del Habano Division from Cuba.

The Habano was the host for both moments of night. Guests enjoyed smoking Habanos Hoyo de Monterrey Elegantes (cepo 47 x 158 mm), an exclusive vitola for La Casa del Habano and H.Upmann Connoisseur A (cepo 52 x 140 mm) accompanied with Moet Chandon Brut Imperial champagne and Hennessy VS and Hennessy VSOP cognacs. The evening show was arranged by a Cuban musical group «Lia and the Band». The organizer of the event as well as partner for Habanos cigars was Cigar Cult (Exclusive sub-distributor of Habanos in Uzbekistan) along with INFIFON II. Many other important firms based in this country contributed to success of the event: Porsche Uzbekistan, Legion (liquor and wines distributor), Hill Magazine Uzbekistan, and finally – Intercontinental Trilliant hotel, which provided its facilities.

La Casa del Habano Tashkent launch makes another step to widen and strengthen the presence of Habanos worldwide, with its brands, its extensive vitolario, its special editions and exclusive productions of the franchise network. It will be the honor for Tashkent to also become a reference point for the culture of the best tobacco in the world in Central Asia.
