Last June, the Esch Café group reopened La Casa del Habano in Sao Paulo in Brazil. Located in one of the most luxurious areas of the city: Oscar Freire Street, near the Emiliano Boutique Hotel. The franchise reopens with a new design, characterized by its elegance in the three floors building, one of them with a terrace overlooking the São Paulo Gardens neighborhood.

Around 450 participants attended the reopening activity, including fans and Habanos lovers in Brazil. Among the most important personalities were Mr. Benigno Pérez Fernández, General Consul of the Republic of Cuba in Brazil and the writer Frei Betto, a recognized friend of Cuba; the directors of Emporium Cigars, Exclusive Distributor of Habanos in Brazil, Messrs. Fernando Teixeira, General Director, Claudio Barros, Commercial Director and Miss Ana Cristina Barros, the Operations Director; as well as other authorities, journalists and influencers from different media outlets. Emporium Cigars was kind enough to sponsor the activity with Habanos cigars that were tasted all night.

Partagás was the leading Habanos brand of the night. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy the Partagás Aliados (45 ring gauge x 167 mm length), an exclusive Habanos for La Casa del Habano (LCDH) and Habanos Specialist stores. The reopening of LCDH Sao Paulo was also the ideal moment to launch Partagás Linea Maestra, presented by Habanos S.A. at the XXIII Habano Festival in 2023. This new line into the Partagas brand pays tribute to the lasting legacy of the century-old brand and the culture of flavor, aroma and strength of cigars. The Linea Maestra consists of 3 vitolas: Origen (46 ring gauge x 154 mm length), Ritos (52 ring gauge x 168 mm length) and Maestro (56 ring gauge x 132 mm length). All Habanos tasted at the activity were accompanied with cocktails and fine liqueurs, collaboration with the brands Heineken, Macallan and Pernod Ricard.

The Esch Café group is the owner of the two franchises in Sao Paulo, which enjoy great popularity and acceptance among all Habano lovers in this beautiful city since they were inaugurated 17 years ago.
