LA CASA DEL HABANO QUERETANO: A MILESTONE OF PREMIUM TOBACCO CULTURE IN MEXICO
Since November 8th, Querétaro has been home to its own franchise dedicated to the exclusive sale of Habanos. The official opening was a celebration of the symbolism and elegance that define La Casa del Habano. Located at Antea Avenue 1032, Torre Capital, this boutique becomes the 16th La Casa del Habano in Mexico.
With more than 60 VIP guests—all devoted Habanos aficionados—the event provided a setting dedicated to the culture and appreciation of premium Cuban tobacco. Among the personalities who participated in the event were Ms. Nikkole Teja, a renowned Mexican influencer; Mr. Gabriel Gaytan, Ambassador of Habanos in Mexico; and Mr. Carlos Font, representative of HABANOS SA and I.E.P.T. S.A. DE C.V. (Importadora y Exportadora de Puros y Tabacos, S.A. DE C.V.), Exclusive Distributor of Habanos in this country. The participants had the opportunity to enjoy Habanos: Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchills accompanied by Havana Club Rum 7 Years and Selección de Maestros, among other high-end distillates.
This opening represents a legacy of 35 years of continuity within the world of Habanos cigars in Mexico, a product with global recognition that consolidates its position as a symbol of tradition and excellence. Mariano Azuela, director of the new franchise, said: “Today we not only inaugurate a shop, but we inaugurate a sanctuary where the culture of good cigars and conversation meet.”
La Casa del Habano Queretano has been conceived as an exclusive place for connoisseurs and fans, where the Habanos ritual is complemented with good music, ultra-premium distillates, and the good life. It was designed with an environment for enjoyment, dialogue, and celebrations in mind, in order to consolidate as a reference in the national luxury market. The opening of this franchise reinforces the offer of specialized spaces, positioning itself as a must-see destination in this city.
