The second edition of Polish Habanos World Challenge contest successfully took place in La Casa del Habano Warsaw, Poland, featuring eight competitive teams from various regions of the country. The event organized by the Polish sub-distributor Premium Cigars, showcased the expertise of cigar sommeliers and enthusiasts in a challenging international competition. Senior executives of 5TH Avenue, Exclusive Distributor of Habanos in Poland, Mrs Barbara Leyva and Mr Osman Hernandez, participated in the jury.

The winning team, composed of Aleksander Berdowicz and Kamil Krupski, emerged victorious and earned the prestigious opportunity to represent Poland in the international Habanos World Challenge contest. The upcoming global event will be hosted in Havana, Cuba in February 2025, where the Polish champions will compete against international teams.

The contest highlights the growing global appreciation for Cuban cigars and the sophisticated skills required in cigar selection, tasting, and presentation.
